Staff at check in were friendly and prompt. When opening door to room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, as well as the cleanliness and overall function of the room. Most of the floor was premium vinyl, but there was a nice touch of having carpet around the bed area to step down onto a warm floor. The heating system was modern and up to date, and, unlike many places, the hot tub and pool actually were open, and they were great. This particular location also had a water slide, which we both enjoyed. The breakfast was very good: simple, yet met all of my needs. All in all, a great experience.

This hotel seemed quite new. The rooms are large and modern and well appointed. The room was clean and had a large comfortable bed. The staff were very polite and helpful and directed me to a Tyre outlet when we had a flat Tyre. There's a small pool with a water slide. We didn't use this but there seemed to be loads of kids in there having a great time. Breakfast was standard fair . Lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive (Olive Garden and a great Mexican). Also, it was very reasonably priced compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at on our road trip. Would highly recommend.

First time we stayed @ an AmericInn and we were very impressed. Very friendly staff & very clean rooms. No lingering smell. We decided to stay an extra day & the woman added it to booking.com without any problem. She was quick to get it done. We were greeted with a smile & checked out with a smile from the staff. Even the extended staff that was cleaning up trash outside greeted us. We will definitely remember this place when we come through again sometime.

Everyone working the front desk was helpful, friendly, informative and above & beyond fabulous! Our room was VERY clean we had everything we needed. The outside of hotel is also clean and well kept, they have a nice firepit! We didn't swim in the pool but checked it out, it looks awesome. We wanted to stay near I-90 and access to the hotel was perfect. We will stay there again when we come back up to Rapid!
